Recipes for those who wish to avoid salt/sugar/oils/flesh foods

Marinate the mushroom, for no longer then 10 min.( they absorb very quickly) in:
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce or Braggs Liquid Aminos (Optional) plus
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (optional)
1/2 cup red wine vinegar (or equal amount of lemon or lime juice)
3 minced garlic cloves
black pepper, crushed (to taste)
hot sauce, also to taste
Grill or broil the mushrooms until tender, just a couple of minutes per side. The last minute top the mushrooms with a favorite vegan cheese if desired.
Use a whole wheat Pita for a bun or other type vegan bread that is crunchy on the outside, like a French Roll.
You can use any number of condiments.
Choppped Green Chiles
Tomatoes ---- whatever. They are very good and pretty much fat free too.
