MIXED SALAD GREENS
Serves 6

1/2 red or yellow bell pepper, seeded and sliced
1/2 red or yellow tomato, sliced
1/2 cup peeled and sliced jicama (optional)
6 cups prewashed and cut salad mix: Ex: Romaine, Leafy Green an/or Boston
Lettuce, Celery, Nappa Cabbage, etc.
