Pickle Dilly Stew
aka, Sweet N Spicy Pickle Dilly Stew

Base:

* 2 Roma tomatoes

* 2 medium stalks celery, quartered

* 2 small scallions

* 6 flower chives

* 1/8 cup fresh dill

* 1/2 Thai red pepper or other favorite hot pepper, to taste,
optional (start small--you can always add more later)

* 1 Tablespoon raw honey or raw agave nectar (if using dried fruit
like dates or raisins just use the same amount you normally use to
make the Basic SVS)

* 5 oz mature spinach (feel free to substitute your favorite
tender leafy green)

Choppings: in vegetable chopper or by hand and set aside:

* 1 Roma tomato

* 1/2 large cucumber

* 1 long stalk celery

Preparation:

Prepare base by blending the tomato, cucumber and celery until
chunky. Add sweetener, the hot pepper, scallions, chives and dill
and blend again. Add the spinach in 2-3 batches and blend until
the spinach is broken up--be careful not to OVERBLEND as you want
the spinach nice and chunky.

Pour base in large bowl and mixed with the "choppings"

Serve immediately
