Dear Channa:

Thank you very much for your insightful letter.

We have also found much of this to be true in our own lives. From our discussions with other people who have recently become vegan. They tell us about how much calmer they feel, and that after about 3 weeks on a healthful whole plant food diet, their health begins to improve.

We understand the physical stress and fear chemicals that are in the bodies of food animals and how they react within the human body, but we donít understand the memories aspect, as we donít experience their total memories. Would you please explain this further?

In the Love of the Lord,

Frank and Mary
