You wrote “we should not say that God commanded the eating of meat, but rather a concession to man was made for the eating of it”. I have a hard time believing that God would give permission to me to do something, for any reason, which He does not want me to. It is like saying God gave permission to me to have more than one wife due to my lust. In the example you quoted from Matthew 19:8, did Moses permit divorce with God’s consent?
Can you provide more scripture reference which can substantiate your claim that God would give permission to man to do something which is not in His will?
