Animal Rights Activism: What's the Best Way?
Comments by Janet - 28 May 2009

I'm not going back into the PETA bad or good discussion.

I'm just gonna say that there isn't any Canadian product in this world worth the life of a baby seal. So I'm boycotting them all. It has nothing to do with PETA and everything to do with Canada needing to feel the pinch or they aren't going to stop.

We are a group of great people trying to do great things. The Canadian government is being stubborn and trying to teach us Americans that they can do what they want. Guess what? We can too. And I'm boycotting them. I'm sure you all are with me that you don't want to see this hunt happen again next year. Enough is enough.

Janet

p.s. if you haven't seen a harp seal being bludgeoned and skinned, watch the documentary. You won't soon forget it.
