Is it really Christian?

As an Alaskan and an animal rights activist, I am faced with the 'dominion' argument almost daily.

I always reply with a simple question. "Would Jesus go hunting with you?"

To these bowhunters, I ask if Jesus would walk into the woods with them to kill an animal. Because our goal is to be as Christ-like as possible, I find it incredibly hard to believe that people should be partaking in such cruel and inhumane practices.

Let's leave interpreting the bible to those who study it - I'll ask the simple question..."Would Jesus go hunting?"
