We also are very familiar with those feeling of depression about all the suffering and killing going on around the world, but you have found the perfect way out of most of it...turn that inward energy into outward action and make a stand against the corruption of this world.
We know that God created all the animals and humans as living spiritual beings with souls and spirits, as we refer to them today. We also know that the heavenly beings are all spirit, though they have a physical form or appearance. Therefore, we can be assured that upon death, a spiritual being goes into the spiritual realm with God. The earthly body remains here, though it is most likely transformed in some way later on by God.
