Does God Want Us To Eat Meat?
By Brian - 5 Aug 2011

Don't forget how many times in Leviticus that it is said the aroma of burnt fat is pleasing to the lord. If eating of animals was only a concession, this aroma shouldn't be pleasing. God was disappointed in the lack of faith on his peoples heart and their ungratefulness, so he gave them meat… he wasn't upset with them eating the meat, only their attitude.

The problem some people have, even retired pastors, is that they try to apply the bible to their lives, which many times ends up with bad interpretations of the bible. We really need to apply our lives to the bible, and leave our preconceived notions behind when reading it.

Thanks,

Brian
