In Reference to the Poem: DON’T QUIT

My father, who passed away in 1978, carried this poem around in his wallet for years, so anyone who claims to have written it after 1978 is absolutely not telling the truth. My father's printed copy does not include the third verse about the "Victor's cup" and the "golden crown," and the author is noted as "Millie King."
