Environmental Impact
Comments by Frank and Mary Hoffman - 4 Jan 2010

Dear Denis:

Any herbivores that eat plants will belch methane. It is the huge number of farmed animals that tip the scales. The other problem is that in concentrated farming operations, the feces and urine is collected into lagoons and piles where it undergoes anaerobic decomposition which produces a large portion of the methane, which does not occur with animals in the wild.

We hope this helps.

In the Love of the Lord,

Frank and Mary
