The reason for being on a plant based meal plan is my Dad's family was riddled with heart disease, they owned a farm with cattle, hogs and chickens. As a child I watched only once the slaughter of the beef and the pork.
In the past month my blood pressure has gone from the upper 140's systolic to somewhere between 105 and 112 systolic pressure. The diet has been of tremendous benefit!
