Heartbreak: Ramblings From a Compassionate Heart
Comments by Barbara Keith - 17 Mar 2006
I read your "ramblings" this evening. You have a gift with words and you have the courage to speak the truth. I sometimes find myself feeling depressed and helpless in respect to the torture and murder of the animals, and I feel so alone, and wonder if others know my heartache. Well, you do. To know that I am not alone with this anguish is such a comfort.
I found your site several months ago when I typed the words "do animals have souls?" and hit search. I actually cried when I read some of the articles pertaining to animals going to Heaven. (Most pastors tell you different.) It was such a burden lifted from me. Knowing the animals will go to Heaven after losing their unfair fight with human violence is what keeps me going. It helps me immensely to know they are in the arms of the angels and with God where they will finally know peace and love and rest. I work every day, even if it is in a small way, to educate people of the unspeakable suffering of animals, and I wanted to tell you that you are my inspiration.
Thank you Mary for teaching and helping people like me, so we can go forward and do our part to save the blessed beasts.
Love and blessings,
