I think that, as a teaching tool to enlightenment, every unrepentant soul should have to experience all the unjustified pain & misery that they caused to happen to all the other souls while they were alive.
This is not punishment, but learning love through empathy.
And would be very just.
God, therefore would not have to make a hell to cast souls into, but just place those souls into the bodies of the beings that suffered.
Maybe, we vegetarians have already experienced this and were able to carry that knowledge back to our current lives.
