I appreciate your response, it just seems a far stretch to say that because he was an active hunter that encouraged him to murder a person. I believe there were many other factors (lust and greed) that went into play first.

Maybe the killing of animals helped him to kill without a conscious, but I don't believe that is the reason he murdered these dear people. We should take all reasons into account and pray for our own children.

David did the same thing in the old testament, greed and lust, two deadly sins.
