Why Animal "Abusers" Aren't Concerned with Offending Us

Hey y'all,

A new book from Carol J. Adams called Living With Meat Eaters should have some good strategies for those of us who find ourselves in these positions, especially at dinner time.

Amazon has it here: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0609807439/ref=top_nav_wl_gateway/ref=cm_mp_wli_4/104-0657516-1387912?coliid=I10I2HHHHMNSXI

I'm going to see her slide presentation on the Sexual Politics of Meat (another book of hers) in Georgetown, Texas on the 13th.  Anybody else here going?  Many of you on this list are probably aware of her works already I'm sure.

Blessings,

RJ.
