Congratulations on your website. I'm impressed with the wide range of recipes you have posted. Moreover the recipes are often simple. I eat a whole food low fat vegan diet and appreciate that very little fat is used in many of the recipes.
I can never understand when people ask vegans 'what do you eat?' when the plant kingdom has such a vast array of wonderfully colourful and healthy foods. You have clearly demonstrated that no one need feel deprived as I never do or very rarely have as a vegan.
