I have only been vegetarian for 4 1/2 months now, but have eaten very little meat all my life. I am enjoying the journey and know it is the best for my body and peace of mind.
I tried my first recipe from you today, the Curried Collard Greens, Sweet Potatoes, and Chick Peas, and just thought it was about the most tasty thing I have had yet. Many new things combined that I have never done before and it was seasoned perfectly.
I have always cooked and know it is very difficult to get all the seasonings well balanced, but this dish is perfect in my opinion. Had it over Jasmine rice and my husband loved it too.
