Are you cooking just for yourself or for others, too.
Most of our recipes are really quite simple, and variations can be even easier to make.
You can season tofu with almost anything, such as a vegan barbecue sauce, and either grill or bake slices in an oven, and then make sandwiches on whole wheat or other whole grain bread with lettuce, tomato, and onion with some extra sauce on the bread. You can also add small cubes to Oriental style dishes and soups.
