I was looking for a recipe to make tofu. Fortunately, your recipe for making tofu sets out the instructions clearly and simply.
I recently obtained a cheesecloth to make tofu but instead I am going to try your tofu which doesn't require the step of making soy milk prior to making tofu as it appears you do. Can you confirm this?
Do you use soy milk, and if do you make your own?
