I went back to my Bible but have not yet gathered what Moses was and again how can the shedding of blood of animals not be the will of God.
Moses did at the tabernacle as was instructed, so I see no point why he would shed the animal's blood and use it's blood for cleansing if it was not the will of God.
Yes I would understand when you say, it was not what God intended at the time of creation but because of sin that was in man God decided to use the blood of animals since He could not find anything that was pure that would be used as sacrifice at that time.
