Dear Elaine:
Thank you for telling us more about your ministry of unconditional compassion.
All too often people think that just because they cannot seem to be perfect in this imperfect and fallen world, they have to make excuses for their imperfections, or try to justify it, or criticize the efforts of those who are truly trying to make this a more loving, compassionate, and peaceful world, even if they make a few mistakes along the way.
Even though Jesus tells us that we are to be perfect as our Father in heaven is perfect, He know of the evil that still abounds, and is ever faithful to forgive our mistakes along the journey to perfection.
It’s as you say, we do it one thing and one person at a time, and hopefully they in turn will begin to do the same.
In the Love of the Lord,
Frank and Mary
