http://www.all-creatures.org/recipes.htmlEvery one of the recipes fit into the Daniel and Genesis 1 Diets. We don't have them arranged by days as you requested, but they are listed by categories so that you can pick and choose.
One of the things we like to do is start the day with a smoothie or fruit and oatmeal, then for lunch and dinner we have large salads with soups, sandwiches, or a main dish. Enjoy!
