I'm just curious, Mike. Do you think that there is nothing that you could fine-tune in your vegetarian diet to make it healthier?
I have often heard of vegetarians living long and healthy lives, so I am just wondering if it just has to do with the amount of nutrients one is taking in versus eating junk food, etc. (and I'm not accusing you of eating a diet of junk food; I just think that some vegetarians probably do.) I think I feel better when I take a multivitamin too--but that was probably true even when I ate meat.
I will have to say that my digestion seemed better very soon after I changed my diet.
