I totally agree, Juli. Well said.
Maybe part of what we are suppose to learn in this existence, is self sacrifice.....you know, like the way Jesus did.
Even though studies have shown that vegetarians live an average of 7 years longer, it is not a guarantee, and if we have to give up a few years of our lives to not harm other beings, then that would be a noble choice, and might be one of the character defining traits that God is looking for in us.
