"Joyful Curmudgeon" An oxymoron?
No! I see all the beauty of God's creation and I'm joyful. At the same
time, I see all the suffering and corruption going on in the world, and feel
called to help expose and end it so that we may have true peace and compassion.
One of our favorite snacks is popcorn that takes only about three minutes
to make in a plastic popcorn popper made for use in a microwave oven. After
placing the plain, dried, popping corn kernels in the popper, we add a dash
or two of hot sauce and of Bragg Liquid Aminos or soy sauce. After
approximately three minutes set on “high,” this tasty, healthful popcorn is
ready to enjoy!
Making our popcorn this way, we don’t need any fats or oils to hold the
flavor of the popcorn. When made this way, the flavor is in each piece of
popcorn – without the added calories of the fats and oils.
