I can’t help but think of the disconnect presented in these comments.
Are the same children who are taught to extend justice, kindness, and
mercy to animals also taught to eat the flesh and bodily secretions of
farmed animals? Shouldn’t the same concern shown companion animals
extend to animals used for food, biomedical research, entertainment,
Simply going vegan would solve most of the problems that loom so
large in the world today – human and other animal abuse, health, and the
environment are all impacted by the stubborn adherence to animal-product
consumption that should have been abandoned ages ago.
