At a time when taxpayers are angry with government corruption, it’s
time to stop wasting millions of dollars on experiments that are
extremely redundant as well as horribly cruel. For more information

Dear President Brody:
We have become aware of the fact that The Johns Hopkins University
has been charged with dozens of Animal Welfare Act violations; and that
Charles Connor and Ernst Niebuhr are involved in extremely cruel and
redundant research utilizing rhesus monkeys.
These activities reflect poorly on the reputation of your facility,
and I think you’ll agree with us that this outweighs any perceived
financial benefit from these projects – especially at a time when
taxpayers are financially stressed to begin with.
Please see to it that these “experiments” are terminated as soon as
possible.
Thank you.
Yours sincerely,
Frank L. Hoffman
