The following statement is erroneous:
�It is true that the majority of greenhouse gas emissions come from the combustion of motor fuels ��
Please publish correction:
�Worldwide, livestock generates more greenhouse gases than all forms of transportation combined (18 percent vs. 13 percent).
From:
�Cattle-rearing generates more global warming greenhouse gases, as measured in CO2 equivalent, than transportation�.�
�Livestock are one of the most significant contributors to today�s most serious environmental problems,� senior UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) official Henning Steinfeld said. �Urgent action is required to remedy the situation.�
