Hello, my name is Martha and I'm 17 years old. I just want to thank you for opening my eyes and letting me realize how cruel the world is to animals. I no longer eat meat and am completely vegan! I do what I can to help animals, but don’t have a lot of money. What else can I do?

The most important things you can do to help won't cost you any money, just a little time. Just as you learned about these atrocities, we need to tell others about them, and encourage them to also speak out, write letters, and refer people to our web site so that they can see for themselves.
