Letter from Mary About University Vivisection

We must make these university research centers accountable for extreme cruelty and torture to animals. They must be made aware of today's alternative methods to animal testing.

Sitting back in their research labs and continuing to be too lazy to study alternative methods is unacceptable any longer.

They are also training another generation of students to follow their same cruel methods.

Why aren't the young students protesting to this?

They are programmed to continue not knowing or learning of alternative methods.

Even our veterinary schools have continued to be the terrorists of the animal world. Stop this now.

Mary

Thank you for writing. We totally agree with your sentiments.

There have been some improvements, but there is still a long way to go. We are hearing of more student protests beginning in high school biology and continuing up through college.

There are some more non-animal testing procedures, but the main problem is that the National Institutes of Health (NIH) has not been funding studies to find more alternatives. So, we need to continue to apply pressure.

We look forward to hearing from you again.

In the Love of the Lord,

Frank and Mary
