Anxiety
by Andrew Pell

Life situations sometimes can cause so much stress.
The way we react or respond to these is not always the best.
We do not think clearly about the situations.
We are erratic in formulating a solution.
We need to visualize a circle and step outside.
Once outside your rational self will be your guide.
Find a place that will give you peace.
Meditate and focus on a solution that will provide the release.
Anxiety compounds any problem we are forced to face.
If we can diminish the stress we have already won the race.
Be calm and embrace the quiet voice within.
To act irrationally and impulsively is the true definition of sin.
