Arise O Morning Star
Poetry and Music By Andrew Pell
Christ is the morning star that brightens the day.
Shining forth, bringing light to the darkness.
All the heavenly angels celebrate with unceasing praise.
The whole company of Heaven singing with their voices raised
The Cherubim and Seraphim continually praise God day and night.
Awaiting the Christ, the morning star brings forth his divine light.
Alleluia, Alleluia Christ is here, bringing light and peace to a troubled
world.
Watch and follow the Arch Angels with their banners unfurled.
A glimpse of the Divine and heavenly host,
“Arise o Morning star, arise and never set”.
