A Walk along the beach
by Andrew Pell

How often do we take a walk along the beach?

Sometimes the solution to life’s problems seem so out of reach.

Yet we forget the healing hypnotic powers of the waves.

We prefer to be a monk and hide in the caves.

When you are feeling anxious take a walk along the beach.

The waves do have a lesson to teach.

Become one with the rolling sea.

The waves will set you free.

Embrace the time that you spend with the eternal waves.

There lies before you much happier days.
