What a wonderful friend is the cat.
They will come up and allow you to give them a pat.
Cats know when you are sad.
They will try in their own way to make you feel glad.
Cats are a very patient listener
They do not need to give you an answer.
Talk all you want, they are in no hurry.
You will find they are very homely.
Cats are your friends if you treat them right.
They will be forever so polite.
Talk to them about everything that comes to mind.
But more importantly to cats and animals, simply be kind.
