Poetry and Music By Andrew Pell

You do not need to hide in the darkness,
In the darkness we stumble around and cannot clearly see.
Yet the morning light gives us such hope and renewed energy.
Yet sometimes we become depressed and cannot think clearly.
We feel there is an overwhelming darkness which we cannot escape from.
The night is long,
Talk to family and friends, they love you and are there for you.
One conversation can make all things new.
Believe and accept that these words are true.
Leave the darkness behind and claim the light.
We are all beacons of light.
To ourselves and others around that we love,
Claim the light and become radiant.
