I see Him in the flowers
Their color pale, some bright
And with the coming dawn
He is in the filtered light,
He is in the tall of trees
The sturdy and the strong
In the beauty of the birds
And in their fragile song;

He is in the desert storm
His fierceness and His might
And in the velvet quiet
Of the deep and gentle night,
I find Him in the rolling seas
The dolphin and the whale
The colors of the butterfly
And even in the snail;

I find Him in the magic
Of each creature giving birth
In the green of meadow grass
The richness of the earth,
He is gracefulness of red-tailed deer
The awkwardness in others
The speed of running cheetahs
The slowness in their brothers;

I hear His voice in winter winds
See His loving face in clouds
His purity in children
His diversity in crowds,
The more I see Him everyday
With Him I walk in peace
His pure love grows within my heart
Unhappiness will cease!

To take His hand and walk through life
I find such wonder there
Each soul which fills His universe
Is in His loving care....
