From Sheol, I Rose
Poetry By Anthony James
Jesus
Yea, my God
Mine heart Ye wove
Mine Spirit Ye broke
And to Sheol
Mine Soul.
And raised again
To Repentance
What is it to go to Sheol?
When, my God Ye did not leave me
Nor, leave me there...
Thy Fire Oh God
Did I see- had overcome me
I struggled to breath
Ye did not let me see
Mine breath, Cease.
Oh Merciful God
Did I die, my Lord?
Yes.
Do I live, my Lord?
Yes.
