I PLEDGEBeauty and fairness
I speak of
because I remember
the waters are good, and the land is yielding.
But the black smoke and the poisons of men;
take away;
I pledge
for my sorrows.
I nourish and teach
attempting to stir
returning truthful desires
of men.
Upholding a day
gives hope;
and many are yet to come
and prove their honor.
I pledge;
to Your tolerance
your laws that hold
the balances of times
keeping and lifting my soul.
I want to complete
if only a day
resume this plan
close this circle.
