Cat with blue eyes
A wide range of cries
Your ears, tail, and feet of mink
You brighten my day
With your loving way
You stole my heart with a wink!

I laugh when I see
How you chase a bee
Or any old thing that will flutter..
"Attacking" a rock
Or a sock....
"That's my toe!"...
Your quickness gives me a shudder!

How dull life would be
When the love we can't see
From a furry and soft sweet pet cat!
How loyal you are
You shine like a star!
Asleep on my fireplace matt....
