Isn't it pleasant when we sit under a tree on a beautiful summer's day?
Through its branches flickers the warm of sunlit rays.
The branches outstretched provide the shades on a perfect day.
We are at peace, nature is in harmony and God blesses us with each golden ray.
The tree and branches are symbolic of a spiritual shade.
We are cleansed as we visualise a river that slowly cascades.
We can be anywhere in any situation and still be under that tree.
That very thought in our minds will set us free.
That perfect summers day can be every single day.
It requires a change of attitude and mind that will ultimately stay.
We all long for the moment of peace under a tree.
Visualization, meditation and prayer are the key.
Be proactive, be happy and most of all be content.
This is a hard lesson that can be learnt.
