The Temple of God
By Andrew Pell

Where does such a temple exist?
It is not on any historical list.
Or is it enshrouded in mystery.
Will it be found in the deep dark caverns of history?
It is neither a building nor an archaeological site.
Open your eyes so you may see the wonderful light.
The Temple of God lies deep within you.
Enter the Temple and watch God make all things new.
Do you think God would be found in brick and stone?
If you think that, you are destined to walk alone.
Open the doors of the Temple so God's light shines outward.
Do not walk backwards.
Let the light of God shine bright.
Continue to walk within the light. Wave goodbye to the night.
