Poetry and Music By Andrew Pell

Sometimes life appears as a gamble.
Often our days can be a coherent ramble.
Punting at each decision throughout the day,
Waiting to see how the third act will end in a made up play.
We throw the dice and gamble the outcome,
Hoping at some point the alarm will show that we have won.
The only sure bet is to trust in God to deal with our everyday journey.
Sometimes we learn slowly.
You will never get better odds than God taking control.
