Poetry and Music By Andrew Pell
Where there is darkness, dare to be the first light
Give a smile that will shine so bright.
Hug a person who is feeling down.
Give an affirmation that is very sound.
Where there is darkness, dare to be the first light.
Tell someone you love they need not fear the darkest night.
Reach out to someone in need.
Your light and love will set them free.
Where there is darkness, dare to be the first light.
Do what you can to provide vision and insight.
Encourage them to be at peace,
Be that first light to help their troubles cease.
