Work has become a privilege
Poetry and Music By Andrew Pell

There are so many people unemployed.
It is not their fault or choice.
Yet who listens to their voice,
People with families to feed,
People who are not affected by greed,
This can break families apart,
All they want is another start.
If you see someone on the street,
Give them some loose change.
It may make a difference for today
I believe this is what God would want to say.
Go and talk to them as Christ did long ago.
Compassion and love is the way to go.
