(Tomatoes, Sart Roloise) The Sart Roloise tomato is bursting with sweet, fruity
and complex flavor with just the right acidity, owing its tropical flavor
profile to its parentage. This is one of the few anthocyanin tomatoes available
that have a cream or light yellow bottom with purple/black shoulders. The
shoulder coloration gets darker when exposed to the sun. Truly unique. It
started as a cross between White Wonder and Baby Blue tomatoes. It has been
stabilized through the generations and is an heirloom tomato with savable seeds.
The inside flesh is solid light yellow, very meaty, and has few seeds. The
plants produce fruits in clusters that are consistently beefsteak size. We
bought ours at Touch of Dutch Farm in Richland Center, Wisconsin. We could not
find any specific nutritional information for this heirloom tomato.

The above recipe is in keeping with God's creation intent (Genesis 1:29-31): 'Then God said, "I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food. And to all the beasts of the earth and all the birds of the air and all the creatures that move on the ground-- everything that has the breath of life in it-- I give every green plant for food." And it was so. God saw all that he had made, and it was very good.' (NIV) Let no animal suffer or die that we may live!
