For the Ways of Man
Written by Mark Edgemon

Harry was at a turning point. He was single, ready to move on with his life and was pondering the course he should take. All eyes were on him, including his parents, brothers and sister, his classmates at college, his friends, everyone expected great things from Harry. Someone else was watching him, watching his every move. It was his Creator, better known as God Almighty.

No one thinks about their every move being watched and remembered from above.

In Harry’s case, God had invested a lot of talent and abilities unto him and was expecting a return on His investment.

Harry opted for fame and glory and lots and lots of money. God was not pleased. He took away Harry’s gifts and divided them between three other people, who were pleased to discover them one morning when they each woke up from their sleep.

And Harry, he worked in a foundry till he retired…from an uneventful life!
