Price: $22 per person includes meal, dessert, soft beverage, taxes, gratuities and ambience.

A full line of wine and alcoholic beverages will also be available for additional cost.

You are invited to join us for an early dinner at the elegant Victoran-style Wilburton Inn. Enjoy a gourmet completely vegan buffet prepared with fresh-harvested organic produce from the on-site vegetable gardens, while surrounded by breathtaking scenery of Vermont's majestic Green Mountains.

We will dine at the stately mansion, set in a spectacular 20-acre Grand Estate.

Come early to stroll Wilburton's manicured lawns and view the outdoor artworks.

Seating will be limited to the first 50 people.

Very Vermont-Very Veggie Coconut Curry
Maple-Glazed Roasted Root Vegetables

Savory Rice Pilaf
A Selection of Fresh Baked Vegan Breads

As much as possible (most) will be harvested fresh from the "EARTH SKY TIME COMMUNITY FARM"
http://www.earthskytime.com/ which is a local organic farm operated by the family of the Wilburton Inn.

Follow US Route 7 (by-pass) North out of Bennington, VT. Get off at Exit 3, and head for Historic Route 7A, through Arlington. Drive 11 miles on 7A, just past Hildene & the cemetery to the corner of River Road. Turn right on River Road. Wilburton is 9/10ths of a mile on the left side of River Road. The Wilburton is South of Manchester Center.

If we do not have at least 20 reservations by Wednesday, October 10th, the event will have to be cancelled. If you reserve, then need to cancel, please let us know by the cut-off date.
