Never Alone
Poetry By Anthony James

My Savior,
How many lashes did you take
For us?

my addiction was a spike in Your Flesh
Christ, for me, my Love
You did bleed.

My Stripe, Oh Savior
I will look upon with weeping eyes
And a heart pouring love through You
I am within You-

Where I belong
In a Song
With my Father
All Along

Thy Hand in mine
Through hills and the valley's-

Alone so often
You would have to come
To me...

A Visitor.
To a sick child
As in a hospital, with no visitors

Ye were there with me

And in Truth I was never alone.
