Garlic Flat Bread - 3-inch
1/3 cup Oats, quick rolled
1/3 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1-2 tsp. Garlic
2/3 tsp. Baking Powder (estimate)
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. Pepper, black

Garlic flat bread - 3-inch is a great vegan recipe to eat as is with a salad or soup, and they are thick enought to slice in half for toasting, to make mini sandwiches, open tea sandwiches or even to make dog biscuits. They take about 10 minutes to prepare and another 3 to 4 minutes to bake.

Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl add just enough water to bring the consistency of the dough to that of pancake batter, and uniformly spoon into the six cups of a 3 inch shallow silicone muffin pan, and smooth out if necessare.

Place the muffin pan in a microwave oven and bake for 3 minutes and check the texture, if the flat breads are springy to the touch, remove from the oven, and see it the bread can move in each cup, and if it can, turn the pan upside down on a wire rack or other suitable cooling place.

When the bread cools, it is ready to eat and enjoy.
